At Kalimera we are very selective about the ingredients we use, their provenance and freshness.

We try our best to choose the best suppliers on the market so we understand how they operate and how they choose their producers – and, in turn, they help us with new ideas and suggestions.

Nevertheless, we are always keen to hear about new exciting products we could include in our menu, so please do get in touch !

We cook our dishes and dress our salads with our Greek extra-virgin olive oil, produced by Télémaque’s family in Laconia, southern Greece. Our olive grove is organically cultivated and the olives are sustainably harvested during the winter months.
